Pregnancy Discomfort Treatment
Congrats on the new addition! …but unfortunately, we know pregnancy comes with a variety of pain or discomfort. We can help.
Drs. Lisa and Joe have focused a great deal of their post-graduate training on how to not only help pregnant moms feel better, but also help the pelvis to function optimally, to allow the baby the best opportunities to move into the ideal position, and for the birth canal to expand properly, for the greatest possibility for an “easier” birth process.
During pregnancy, the ligaments naturally begin to loosen, and the way your body is used to carrying weight changes; these factors can either cause pain and dysfunction or exacerbate old issues.
The more mobile and happy we can keep the spine and pelvis during pregnancy, the more you can focus on enjoying this special time.
We also regularly hear responses from our mom patients remark about how “much easier and faster” their delivery was when they were getting adjusted throughout their pregnancy.
We take great care in the proper assessment and gentle treatment of pregnant moms, and consider it a great honor to be a part of your expanding family.

What Our Patients Say
Here are some answers to a few commonly asked questions:
How Long Does the Complimentary Consultation Take?
Each consultation lasts 10-15 minutes. If after the consult we feel we can help, a physical exam (and x-rays, if necessary) will be performed to diagnose the cause of the problem. From there, we will provide you with a solution and how to enjoy long-term relief.
What Services Do You Provide?
Based on our findings regarding your specific needs, our services include comprehensive neurological and structural exams, digital x-ray assessments, chiropractic adjustments for the spine and extremities, corrective and rehab exercises, custom molded foot orthotics and lifts, as well as nutritional and ergonomic recommendations.
What Other Conditions Do You Treat?
We see patients of all ages, with a large variety of problems, but some of our most common are scoliosis, neck pain, migraines, shoulder pain, pregnancy discomfort, autistic spectrum disorders, hip pain, knee pain, foot or ankle pain, sports injuries, postural problems, sciatica, facet syndrome, muscle strains, ligament sprains, bulging or herniated discs, sacroiliac joint pain, and spinal arthritis.
What Areas Do You Service?
Our clinic is conveniently located on Bird Rd., just off the 826, so we enjoy caring for patients from Coral Gables to Kendall, to Hialeah, and all over Miami-Dade County.
When Can I Schedule an Appointment?
Because we know schedules and traffic can be hectic, appointments are available 5 days per week; as early as 10am up until 6pm.
Is There a Catch to the Complimentary Consultation?
There is no catch to this offer. One of our core values is that we don’t push. A consultation is just a conversation; not a commitment. We recognize that choosing a new doctor can be nerve-racking, and we want to ensure you’re as comfortable as possible prior to engaging in any assessments or treatments. The complimentary consultation allows you the opportunity to talk with one of the doctors to find out exactly if we can help; if so, how, and if not, we’ll recommend you to the best provider in the community who we think can.
